The Resident Advisory Committee has now completed its first full academic year since its formation.
The purpose of the committee is to provide direct resident input—through representatives from each university—to the FMPE regarding Residency PBLP.
Over the past year, the committee:
- Provided feedback on key messaging about the residency program.
- Worked on the online interactive tool and how residents can use it.
- Helped pilot the CME credits for residents who complete individual personal reflection tools.
We would like to thank all board members for their time and for their valuable feedback throughout our meetings.
