In October, the FMPE team came together virtually for our yearly retreat. This included all of our staff and the board of Directors. Presentations were given in each of our key areas of operation, including our Residency PBLP, Research Program, Application Development, Module Development, and Marketing initiatives. It was incredible to take the time to reflect on the pivotal work being accomplished by each department, as well as celebrate the passion and dedication of all involved. We also welcomed two new Board members, Andrea Kostiuk (Director-at-Large) and Dre Annie Laflamme-Fillion (Atlantic Region).
By coming together, we reaffirmed that our goal is to offer our members the very best in practice-based learning, with a mission to provide programs that are collaborative, evidence-based, supportive, flexible and focused on practice change to enhance patient care. It was also acknowledged that looking forward to 2025, there are even more amazing offerings just around the corner, so please stay tuned!
