We are excited to announce that FMPE has established a new Resident Advisory Committee, composed of resident representatives from seven Canadian medical school programs.
The goal is to include one trainee from each school by next year. So far, the committee has been oriented to FMPE’s Residency PBLP program and has established its terms of reference. The committee will meet three times a year virtually. This group will provide valuable input on resident-related issues and help shape strategies to better engage with trainees. The committee is co-chaired by the FMPE Resident Director and the FMPE Resident Board Representative, with a shared mission to enhance residency PBLP and promote its adoption across all partner institutions in Canada.
