What are some common things that our members want to change about their practice?
We reviewed a sample of “commitment to change” statements that were submitted to us on practice reflection tools after members complete a module.
The table below shows the two most common practice changes made by our members for the “Chronic Insomnia in Adults” module, and what factors enabled the change:
