On October 23, FMPE’s Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Staff came together for our annual retreat — a dedicated time to celebrate achievements from the past year and look ahead to the future.
This event is an opportunity to bring together our physicians from across Canada, offering a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues we don’t often see and to align individual plans with our shared mission, vision, and values.
Through thoughtful presentations and discussion, we reflected on how we are actively exploring ways to strengthen our program, advance board advocacy, and ensure we continue moving forward with the same goals and purpose.
It was an energizing and inspiring session — one that reaffirms FMPE’s commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and the vital work we do together for our members.
