- Modules completed on your own: 4 Certified Credits each
- Practice Reflection Tool (PRT): 1 Certified Assessment Credit each
- Follow-up Practice Reflection Tool: 1 Certified Assessment Credit each
- Practice Improvement Activity (PIA): 10–20 Certified Assessment Credits per PIA

How to Earn Your Credits
New Requirement:
Completing the attestation in Members Online is now required to earn credits as part of our CFPC Mainpro+ certification.
All other steps remain the same.
For groups:
- The facilitator records attendance in Members Online to confirm module completion and module follow-up.
- The facilitator submits both the Group PRT and Follow-up PRT to the FMPE to earn credits for this work.
If completing a module on your own:
- Submit your Personal PRT and Follow-up PRT after completing each module to receive your credits.
Stay on Track
By continuing to participate in the Practice-Based Learning Program, you’ll be eligible to earn all the credits needed to complete your Mainpro+ 5-Year Cycle, including the new Certified Assessment Credit requirement. For reference: CFPC members need 250 credits per five-year cycle.
